Your place on a Flattyres MTB Skills Training course or Bespoke Guided Ride will only be confirmed on receipt of a completed Booking Form and full payment.

Course Fees

Skills Training (full day) - £60pp
Guiding - As listed on Bespoke Guided Rides

If Flattyres MTB is forced to cancel a course for unusual or unforeseeable circumstances you will be offered an alternative date or, if this is not acceptable, a full refund.

If you wish to cancel your place on a Flattyres-MTB skills course you must give notice in writing or by email. On receiving notice of your cancellation the following charges will apply:

• More than 28 days before course start date - 25% of course fee
• Between 28 and 15 days before course start date - 50% of course fee
• 14 days or less before the course start date - 100% of course fee

You are responsible for arranging any accommodation.

Flattyres-MTB accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or theft of bicycles or other equipment or injury to the rider which may occur as a result of cycling on or off road, or whilst in transit in any vehicle, or at any other time during the course or guided ride.

You must be 18 or over, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
